                                      will and command that our Treasorer of England Chancellor and Barons of

                                      our Exchequer for the tyme being and all other Our Officers Mynisters and
                                      Subjects  whatsoever  to  whome  it  shall  appertayne  that  they  be  aydinge

                                      assystinge and helping to the said Alderman men Inhabitants & Tenants of
                                      the said Towne that nowe be and that hereafter for the tyme shall be and to
                                      everye  of  them  in  the  quyett  havinge  using  and  enjoyinge  of  the  said

                                      Libertys priviledges customes jurisdictions and prehemynances and everye
                                      of  them  accordinge  to  the  tenor  effecte  and  true  meanynge  of  these  our

                                      Letters  Patents  And  further  Our  Will  is  that  the  said  Alderman  Men
                                      Inhabitants and Tenants shall have these Our Letters Patents under our Great
                                      Seale of England without any fee Greate or Small to Us therefore to be payd

                                      in Our Hanaper or elsewhere Although expresse mention &c Any Statute &c
