There is no mistaking the service offered by this establishment. The building, which dates from the
15th century, is notable as the only building in Wokingham known to have a cruck frame as part of

its construction, a feature that is relatively common in Northern England, but less so in the South-

East; only seven buildings with this form of construction are known in Berkshire.
