                      WILLIAM WOOLLDRIDGE, late Steward to Richard Matthews, Esq; at Wargrave
                   begs leave to  acquaint  his friends  and the public in  general,  that he has  taken and
                   entered upon
                      The KING’s HEAD INN in the MARKET-PLACE,
                                                     WOKINGHAM
                   (late in  the Occupation  of Mr. John  Harris) and humbly solicits  the favours of his
                   friends, and the customers who have hitherto used that house, assuring them it shall be
                   his  study  to  deserve  their  encouragement  by,  by  accommodating  them  in  the  best
                   manner.

                   TO  be  SOLD  by  AUCTION,  by  Mr.  RILEY  by  order  of  the    assignees  of  Mr.

                   CRUTWELL, of Long Acre, London, Coachpainter, a bankrupt, on Tuesday the 25
                   instant,  at  Mr.  Lomax’s,  the  Bell  Inn,  Holborn,  precisely  at  seven  o’clock  in  the
                   evening, One Third Share of and in the
                                     WOKINGHAM STAGE to and from LONDON:
                   Together  with  the  coaches  and  horses  belonging  to  the  same;  consisting  of  Four
                   Coaches and a Chariot in good repair, with 23 seasoned horses and harness compleat.
                          To be viewed at the Old Rose Inn, Wokingham; Catherine Wheel, Egham; the
                   Bolt and Tun, Fleet-street, and the Black Lion in Water-lane, London.

                   TO  be  SOLD  by  AUCTION,  at  Mr.Wheatley’s  the  Old  Rose  Inn  at  Wokingham,

                   Berks, on Tuesday the 18  of February 1777, at Two o’Clock in the Afternoon, 227
                   Oaks in the Five following Lots, viz.
                   LOT 1.  60 Oaks on the Farm now in the Possession of Mr. William  Wheatley in
                   Toutley Common, near Wokingham.
                   LOT II   20 Oak on Part of the farm rented by Mr. Jsmes Peaty, near Wokingham,
                   called  Simmonds  and  Broad  Crop  with  2  Oaks  on  the  Land  rented  by  Mr.  James
                   Smither at Easthampstead.
                   LOT III   40 Oaks on the land adjoining to Mr. James Petty’s House.
                   LOT IV   85 Oaks on the Land called, Welchman’s, near the said House.
                   LOT V  20 Oaks on the Land rented by Mr. Robert Thorn and Mr. James Woodason
                   at Hswthorn in the Parish od Warfield, Berks.
                   All the said Oaks now being and standing, Hammer marked with I.F. Conditions of
                   Sale  may  be  had  in  due  Time  at  Mr.  William  Wheatley’s  the  Old  Rose  Inn,
                   Wokingham.
                   N.B. The above Tenants will shew the Timber.
