a person, who for his care and assiduity in that business, is generally recommended;
                   and  who  likewise  most  respectfully  informs  them,  that  his  CONSTANT  STAGE
                   WAGGON sets out from the King’s Head Inn, Wokingham every Tuesday morning at
                   four  o’clock;  gets  to  the  Three  Cups  Inn,  Broad  Street,  London,  the  same  night;
                   returning from thence exactly at twelve the next day, and arrives at Wokingham every
                   Thursday afternoon. Calls going in and coming out of town, at the Black Bear and
                   New White Hart Cellar, Piccadilly.
                      N.B.  He  begs  leave  to  observe  that  he  has  removed  the  above  waggon  from  the
                   White Horse, Friday-street, to the Three Cups in Broad-street, and that he drives the
                   waggon himself, and assures them that every order or message sent by him shall be
                   faithfully executed, and goods expeditiously conveyed, on the most reasonable terms.
                   Goods  taken  in  for  this  stage  at  the  Shoulder  of  Mutton,  Binfield;  Hinds-head,
                   Bracknall; Sunning Hill Wells, and at the Flower De Luce, Hatchet-lane, Winkfield.

                                                     WOKINGHAM
                   To be let on a lease, 16 years of which are unexpired, and entered on  directly, the
                   good  and  well  known  Brewhouse  and  Storehouse,  &c.  adjoining  to  this  town,
                   occupied  for  upwards  of  20  years  past  by  the  late  Mr.  Wheatley;  together  with  a
                   convenient  House  and  Stabling  for  7  horses,  with  a  large  Garden  and  6  acres  of
                   Meadow and Arable Land, and a Barn.---The premises are all in good repair, and the
                   land has been exceedingly well manured and is in most excellent condition. There is a
                   very fine plant of wheat of about 4 acres to be sold at a fair valuation.

                   Stolen the 15  of June last. A dark Bay Mare about 14 hands and a half high, with a
                   black mane and nag tail, coming 8 years old, and thought to be in foal; Also stolen on
                         th
                   the 20  of September, A sorrel  Gelding  Colt, with  a long  tail,  a little white at  the
                   fetterlock joint on the off leg behind, is about 12 hands high and coming three years
                   old; and on Tuesday the second instant was stolen, a brown Mare Colt, with  long tail,
                   burnt  marked  in  the  two  fore  feet  with  a  T,  about  12  hands  and  a  half  high,  and
                   coming three years old.  Whoever will give intelligence of the above horses to  Mr.
                   Talmage,  Wokingham,  shall  receive  one  guinea  reward  for  each  horse,  and  all
                   reasonable charges.

                   On  Tuesday  the  9   instant,  at  the  house  of  Mr.  James  Pither,  the  Roe  Buck,
                   Wokingham,  between  the  hours  of  two  and  four  in  the  afternoon,  A  FREEHOLD
                   ESTATE, Situate in Non-such-lane, close to the town of Wokingham, consisting of
                   three acres of exceeding good arable land, more or less, with a plant of thriving elms;
                   now in the occupation of Mr. James Webb, at the yearly rent of £4 14s.
