                   viewed on Wednesday the 4  of August till the time of sale, which will begin at 11
                   o’clock.
                      Also,  a  FREEHOLD  ESTATE,  situate  in  Nonesuch-street,  in  the  town  of
                   Wokingham aforesaid; consisting of four dwelling-houses with gardens behind; also a
                   workshop  in  the  occupation  of  Mr.  George  Trash,  grocer;  and  a  shop,  yard  and
                   outhouse,  late  in  the  bankrupt’s  possession;  together  with  a  roomy  and  convenient
                   dwelling-house,  with  a  large  shop  very  commodiously  situated  for  any  kind  of
                   business, with suitable buildings, and a very large garden entirely walled round, late
                   in  the  possession  of  Mr.  Houlton,  upon  lease  from  Michaelmas  day  1775,  for  21
                   years, at a low rent of £1 per annum.
                      Particulars  to  be  had  at  Mr.  Bushnell,  bacon-merchant  in  Reading,  Mr.  Round,
                   attorney-at-law, Windsor; the place of sale, and of the auctioneer, No. 21, Little Bell-
                   alley, Colman-street, London.

                   It is agreed, That the Nobility and Gentry travelling with Four Horses to their own
                   coaches  cannot  in  future  be  conducted  from  stage  to  stage,  without  paying  for  the
                   same  at  and  after  the  rate  of  ONE  SHILLING  and  TENPENCE  per  mile,  duty

                   included, from and after the 5  day of July next, and that each servant riding on the
                   outside shall be charged THREE-PENCE per mile.
                      For every Four Horses to each Nobleman’s, Lady’s, or Gentleman’s Chaises, ONE
                   SHILLING and EIGHT-PENCE, per mile, duty included.
                      For a Pair of Horses, or a Chaise and Pair, ONE SHILLING per mile, duty included.
                      And for each and every Coach and Four Horses, TWO SHILLINGS per mile, duty
                   included.
                      Saddle Horses, FOUR-PENCE per mile, duty included.

                   JOSEPH  BUTTER,  SURGEON,  Rose  Street,  begs  leave  to  acquaint  the  sporting
                   gentlemen, farriers, and the public in general, that at his house (and no where else)
                   they may be supplied as usual, (for ready money only) with all his valuable articles in
                   Medicine for the different diseases of HORSES, so much esteemed for many years,
                   and formerly sold by him and his predecessor, Mr. PERKINS, in Gerrard-street, Soho,
                   London.---His Medicines in general are found, from experience, better adapted for the
                   relief of complaints in horses, than most others hitherto presented to the public, and
                   being reduced to such a certainty, his former friends and customers have petitioned
                   his renewal of the sale of them.---The articles are calculated for the different diseases,
                   and  their  prices,  with  proper  printed  directions,  may  be  had  as  above.---All  letters
                   (post paid) will be duly attended to and answered.---Mr. Butter continues his practice
                   in SURGERY and MIDWIFERY, as usual.

                   Notice is hereby given, that application will be made in the next session of parliament,
                   for an act to renew, alter, and enlarge the term and powers of an act of parliament
                   passed  in  the  32d.  year  of  the  reign  of  his  late  Majesty,  King  George  the  second,
                   intitled  “an  act  for  repairing  and  widening  the  road  from  a  place  called  the  Old
                   Gallows, in the parish of Sonning in the county of Berks, through Wokingham, New
                   Bracknall, and Sunning- Hill, to Virginia-Water, in the parish of Egham in the county
                   of  Surrey;    which  road  passes  through  the  several  parishes  of  Sonning,  Hurst,
                   Wokingham,  Binfield,  Easthamstead,  Warfield,  Winkfield,  Sunning-hill,  and  Old
