in the evening there was a general illumination throughout the whole town; bonfires
                   were lighted in different places, and every other demonstration of joy exhibited, on
                   the above happy event.---The militia officers were  entertained with an elegant supper
                   by Mr. Deane, the Receiver-general; after which the healths of the  King and Admiral
                   Rodney, and success to the British navy and army, were drank, and the evening was
                   concluded with the utmost cheerfulness.

                   To be LETT and entered upon at Lady-Day next, A commodious BRICK HOUSE,
                   consisting of an exceeding good shop, parlours, bed chambers, kitchen, brew-house
                   and  other  convenient  offices  and  a  neat  garden,  situate  on  the  south  side  of  the

                                                      EDUCATION
                   A  CLERGYMAN,  who  has  been  many  years  engaged  in  the  Education  of  Youth,
                   proposes  to  open  a  SCHOOL  soon  after  Midsummer  next,  at  WOKINGHAM,
                   Berkshire,  for  the  reception  of  Young  Gentlemen,  to  be  instructed  in  the  Classics,
                   English, Writing, Geography, Arithmetic, Mensuration, and the most useful parts of
                   the Mathematics.---The TERMS are,
                                  For Board and Tuition,      18 guineas a year,
                                         Entrance,            a guinea,
                                  Tuition without Board,      3 guineas a year.
                      Particular attention will be paid to their health and morals.
                      Letters, addressed to the Rev. Mr. Bremner at Mrs. Butters, Wokingham, Berks, will
                   be duly attended to.

                   window curtains, glasses, chests of drawers, tables and chairs, a mahogany bureau and
                   bock case. A wind-up kitchen range, stove grates, good kitchen requisites, a very good
                   violin, &c. the weather boarding, quartering, flooring, and other materials of a large
                   shed, two draught horses, and numerous other articles.---The whole to be showed on
