eminence at the end of the town of Wokingham, near the turnpike road from thence to
                   Reading; was lately in the occupation of Mr. Wm. Bunce, now untenanted, and is fit
                   for the immediate reception of a genteel family.

                   LOT IV. A CLOSE or PIECE of exceeding good ARABLE LAND; containing by
                   estimation Six Acres or thereabouts, with a large barn thereon, in good repair, situate
                   and being at or near Nonsuch-lane, close to the town of Wokingham, and now in the
                   occupation of Mr. ROBERT HOULTON
                      For further particulars, enquire of Mr. Bremridge, Office of Common-Pleas, Inner
                   Temple, London; or of Mr. John Bennett, or Mr. Robert Houlton, Wokingham, who
                   will shew the premises.

                                                        SINGING

                      On Tuesday the 13  day of June will be given by Mr. Lampard at the Old Rose,
                   Wokingham. A very handsome SILVER CUP of Five Pounds value, to that company
                   of singers which best performs two Three part Songs, two Glees, and two Catches.
                   Also a handsome Silver Punch Ladle to the person that best performs two Solo Songs
                   or Cantatas.—Each company of Singers to bring their umpire.
                      An ordinary will be ready at Mr. Lampard’s, at one o’clock precisely.---to adjourn
                   to the Town-hall, where the performance is to be held, and to begin singing at four
                   o’clock.---Not  less  than  two  companies  to  sing  for  the  cup,  and  no  less than  three
                   persons for the ladle.---no person to sing that does not dine at the ordinary.
                                         Admittance to the Singing, One Shilling.
                   N.B. No Wokingham person to sing for either of the above prizes.

                   Sets  out  from  the  OLD  ROSE  WOKINGHAM,  every  Monday,  Wednesday  and
                   Friday morning at six o’clock, through Windsor to the Three Cups in Broad-street,
                   London;  and  returns  from  thence  the  same  days  at  half  past  four—Insides  8s.—
                   outsides 4s.
                   N.B. No plate, money or jewels above five pounds value will be accounted for, if lost,
                   unless entered as such unless an adequate premium paid.                 T.
