direction along the Northern side of the Road from Wokingham to Bracknell to a point opposite the
               North-Western corner of field No. 1224 ; thence in a Southerly direction along the Western side of
               field No. 1,224 aforesaid to its North-Western corner, and thence in a Westerly direction along the
               Northern side of field No. 1221 to a point therein one hundred and forty five yards or thereabouts to
               the West of the lane from Wokingham towards Reigate ; thence in a Southerly direction across field
               No. 1221 to a point in the Southern Boundary of the said field No. 1221 one hundred and twelve yards
               or thereabouts to the West of the aforesaid lane from Wokingham towards Reigate; thence across the
               said Lane and along the Western side of fields Nos. 764, 765, 766, 767 the Northern side of field No.
               769 and the Northern and Western sides of field No. 778  to the South-Eastern corner of field No 755
               and along the Southern side of fields Nos. 735, 751, to a point on the left bank of the Emms Brook
               opposite the South-Eastern corner of field No. 731, and thence along the left bank of the Emms Brook
               to the starting point.

                       Persons to retire                                 Date of Retirement

                       The one-third of the Councillors who are
                       elected by the smallest number of votes shall
                       go out of Office on                               1st November 1886.

                       The one-third of the Councillors who are
                       elected by the next smallest number of
                       votes shell go out of Office on                   1st November 1887.

                       The remaining one third of the Councillors
                       shall go out of Office on                         1st November 1888.

                       The one-half of the Aldermen who first go
                       out of Office shall be those who are elected
                       by the smallest number of votes, and shall go
                       out of Office on                                  9th November 1888

                       The remaining one-half of the Aldermen shall
                       go out of Office on                               9th November 1891

               If any Councillors or any Aldermen have attained an equal number of votes, or have been elected
               without a Poll, so that it cannot be determined which of them has the smallest number of votes, the
               Council of the Borough shall, at the first or second Quarterly Meeting, and not later, by a majority of
               votes, or in the case of an equality of votes by the casting vote of the Chairman, determine who are to
               go out of Office at the times above specified respectively.

               Westminster the twentieth day of July in the forty ninth year of Our Reign
