                      To  be  LETT,  with  immediate  possession  situate  in  Down-street,  in  the  town  of
                   Wokingham,  lately  occupied  by,  Mr.  John  Hambleton  successor  to  the  late  Mr.
                   Harwood  Starr,  who  has  carried  on  a  good  butchers  there  some  years  past.    A
                   considerable sum of money has been lately expended in putting the dwelling house
                   into perfect repair and rendering the premises commodious for the business.
                      The  Utensils  of  the  shop  and  Household  Goods  (if  restated)  may  be  taken  at  an
                   appraisement.

                   weights; scrubbing and other brushes, extraordinary good  fowling piece, warranted,
                   &c.
