All HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE of Mr.SIMON HOULTON, Cooper, Dec. at his
                   late Dwelling House at Wokingham. Also his Stock in the Brewing Trade; consisting
                   of between thirty and forty Barrels of good old Beer, a large Quantity of Calks of all
                   sizes,  together  with  his  Stock  in  the  Cooper’s  Business,  consisting  of  several  new
                   Tubs, staves, Cooper’s Ends, White Hoops, Working Tools, &c.
                      The Goods to  be viewed the Day before the Sale, which  will begin  each Day  at
                   Eleven o’Clock.
                      Catalogues, in Convenient time, may be had of Mr. John Bennett, and of Francis
                   Collins, the Auctioneer, in Wokingham; at the Black Horse, Reading; the Mermaid,
                   Windsor; and the Three Tuns, Odiam.

                   The Tenement, called the HALF-MOON, to be Lett; also the new-erected Storehouse
                   and Brewhouse, with a copper and all other Utensils fixed, adjoining thereto, late the
                   Occupation of the said Simon Houlton, situate in Broad-street, Wokingham. Enquire
                   of Mr. Bennett.

                      At the Widow Philp’s, near the Church, on Tuesday the 14  Instant, between the
                   Hours of Ten and Twelve in the Forenoon.
                      Two Waggons, one Dung Cart, one Tilted ditto, two Drags, two Harrows, a Swing
                   Plough, a set of Bell Harness, and several other Articles in the Farming-Business. For
                   further Particulars enquire of Mr. John Feltham, in the Market-Place.
                      N.B. A Complete Dwelling House to Lett, situate in Down-Street, with a very good
                   Garden and Offices. Enquire as above.

                      Mark Porter, Clock and Watch-Maker, begs leave to acquaint the Public, that he has
                   taken the shop lately occupied by Mr. John Winch, in the Market-Place, where he
                   intends carrying on the several Branches of his Trade in the best Manner, and all
                   Favours will be gratefully acknowledged.
                      Silver and Gold bought, sold, or exchanged. All Sorts of Plated Goods, Buckles,
                   Spurs, &c. Articles in the Silver Way mended in the neatest Manner.
                      Two rooms unfurnished to be Lett at the said House.

                   the  respective  Trade  of  PAINTING  and  GLAZING  in  all  it    Branches.  Those
                   Gentlemen  who  please  to  favour  him  with  their  Commands,  may  depend  on  his
                   Endeavours to serve them on lowest Terms.

                   Encouragement  I  have  this  Day  received,  to  persevere  in  soliciting  the  Honour  of
                   representing you in Parliament. Permit me to request your appearance and Support on
                   the  Day  of  Election;  and  to  assure  you,  if  I  am  so  happy  as  to  succeed,  I  shall
                   endeavour,  by  a  constant  uninfluenced  Attention  to  my  Duty  in  Parliament,  to
                   promote the true Interest of my Country, and of this County in particular.
