LOT II. A FREEHOLD FARM,  called Woosehill, consisting of a farm-house with
                   two barns, stabling for 10 horses, and other convenient out-buildings, yards, garden,
                   orchard and about 25 acres of arable land thereunto belonging, lying contiguous to the
                   house, situate in the parish of Wokingham, about one mile from the town, late in Mr.
                   Round’s occupation.
                   LOT III. Three FREEHOLD CLOSES of arable land, called Toutley’s adjoining to
                   each other, containing by estimation 9 acres, lying by the side of Toutley’s common,
                   in the parish of Hurst, in the county of Berks, within one mile of Wokingham, late in
                   Mr. Round’s occupation.
                   LOT  IV.  An  undivided  Moiety  in  Fee,  in  possession,  of  and  in  a  Compact
                   FREEHOLD ESTATE called Morrice’s Farm, situate in the parish of Wokingham.
                   Consisting  of  a    substantial  farm-house,  barns,  stables,  cow-house,  cart-house,  and
                   other convenient out-buildings, together with the lands thereto belonging, containing
                   by  estimation  70  acres,  24  acres  whereof  are  enclosed  pasture,  and  the  remainder
                   included arable, except about 6 acres of arable, disposed in Brumpton Common Field,
                   in the said parish of Wokingham,, all lying contiguous to the farm-house. And also the
                   other undivided Moiety in Fee of and in the Premises comprise in this Lot, expectant
                   on the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Lawrence, who is upwards of 70 years of age. This
                   estate is about one mile and a half from Wokingham, and now held by Mr. Edward
                   Lane, under a lease, 16 years of which were unexpired at Michaelmas last, at $50, per
                   annum.
                   LOT V An undivided Moiety in Fee in possession of and in Four Closes of Arable
                   Land, at Lymer-hill, in the parish of Wokingham, near Woosehill Farm, containing by
                   estimation, 9 acres; and also, the other undivided Moiety thereof in Fee, expectant on
                   the death of the said Elizabeth Lawrence.
                   LOT VI The reversion +Interest of the said Thomas Round, of and in a COPYHOLD
                   ESTATE, held of the Manor of Hurst, after the death of Mr. Charles Round upwards
                   of 70 years of age, consisting of a messuage called Wheeler’s, with a barn, stable,
                   cart-house, and other buildings, yard, garden, orchard, and four closes of meadow and
                   arable land thereto belonging, containing by estimation 8 acres, now in the occupation
                   of Farmer Lane,
                   LOT  VII.  A  COPYHOLD  ESTATE  of  INHERITANCE,  held  of  the  Manor  of
                   Wargrave, in the county of Berks, consisting of 10 acres of arable land, by estimation,
                   lying in the common fields of Wargrave, called Old Field, and Mumbery Field, now
                   in the occupation of Farmer Stevens, as tenant at will, at an old rent of 6 guineas a
                   year.
                   LOTVIII  The  LIFE  ESTATE  of  the  said  Thomas  Round,  of  and  in  50  acres  of
                   Coppice Ground well planted, called Bear Grove, near Bowsey-hill, in the said parish
                   of Wargrave.
                   LOT IX A FREEHOLD MESSUAGE or TENEMENT, and blacksmith’s shop, situate
                   at Ruscomb, in the county of Berks, together with the barn, out-houses, garden, and an
                   orchard  well  planted  with  fruit  trees,  now  in  the  occupation  of  William  Hatch,  as
                   tenant at will, at a low rent of £4. 10s. per annum.
                   LOT X The reversion expectant on the death of Mrs. Sarah Beard, 60 years of age, of
                   and  in  a  COPYHOLD  ESTATE,  called  Pottle-hill,  at  Yeately,  in  the  couny  of
                   Southampton, held of the Manor of Crondall, consisting of a dwelling-house, and out-
                   buildings, garden, orchard, and about 10 acres of arable land, let therewith  in Mr.
                   John Marlow.
