LOT XI  An unexpired term of 89 years, of a LEASEHOLD ESTATE, near the town
                   of  Wokingham,  called  High-bridge  Lands,  containing  about  10  acres  of  arable
                   meadow, and pasture, subject to the annual rent of £10.
                      The Timber on the different estates to be taken at a fair valuation.

                   TO be SOLD by AUCTION, on Tuesday the 27  day of February instant, between the
                   hours  of  three  and  four  o’clock  in  the  afternoon,  a  SMALL  MESSUAGE,  with  a
                   stable, orchard or garden, situate at Limmerhill, in the parish of Wokingham, Berks,
                   bounded on all sides by the common or waste. Also an old barn, and two closes of
                   arable  land,  containing  about  eight  acres  adjoining  together,  situate  at  Limmerhill
                   aforesaid.---The above premises are the estate of Mr. Trenery, and were lately in the
                   occupation of William Stanford.

                   All the genuine HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, STOCK in TRADE, and other Effects,
                   of  the  OLD  ROSE  INN,  WOKINGHAM,  the  property  of  Mrs.  WHEATLEY;
                   consisting  of  four-post  bedsteads,  with  cotton,  linen,  check,  marine,  and  other
                   furniture; goose and other feather beds and bedding complete; chairs, tables, pier and
                   dressing glasses, window curtains, one clock which goes a month, one 24-hour ditto, a
                   neat mahogany bureau and bunk-case; carpets, linen, china, glass, books and pictures;
                   a variety of good kitchen furniture. Together with a modern hackney post-chaise, one
                   pair of seasoned post-chaise horses and harness, a small market cart, a large horse-
                   race booth complete, with a felt-cloth to cover ditto, benches, &c., several iron bound-
                   casks, a lead pump and pipe, old iron, boards, and several useful articles in building.--
                   -The House to be lett, and entered on immediately.

                   o’clock.

                   bridge; Red Lion, Bagshot; the Wells, Sunning-hill; the inns at Windsor; the place of
                   sale; and at Mr. Kimberley’s Auctioneer.
                     N.B.  Estates  bought,  sold,  valued,  or  let  by  commission;  all  sorts  of  Household
                   Furniture, Stock in Trade and Effects, or appraised, on the shortest notice, to any part
                   of England.
                      Several exceeding good houses, and same with land, ready for immediate reception,
                   to be let or sold, furnished or unfurnished, in and near Windsor. A modern ~Phaeton
                   in  good condition,  with patent wheels,  and a pair of tooth-egg harness,  as  good as
                   new, to be sold very cheap.
