                                                     A COUNTRY HOUSE
                          To  be  Lett  or  SOLD,  and  entered  upon  immediately.  A  neat  BRICK  and
                          sashed  HOUSE,  pleasantly  situated  near  the  town  of  Wokingham,  Berks,
                          adjoining  to  the  turnpike  road,  in  a  fine  sporting  country  on  the  edge  of
                          Windsor  Forest  lately  inhabited  by  Joseph  Merlott,  Esq.  consisting  of  two
                          parlours, the one 14 feet and a half by 13 feet and a half,, the other 13 feet and
                          a half by 12 feet and a half; a kitchen, wash-house, with a pump in it, cellar,
                          wine vaults,  four good bed-chambers, two garrets,  two coach-houses,  stable
                          for  three  horses,  and  a  pump  in  the  stable  yard,  with  a  good  garden  well
                          planted with fruit trees, near 100 yards long and upwards of 40 yards wide,
                          with a well in it.---A close adjoining containing between two and three acres,
                          field laid down with grass, may be had with the same if required.

                          the premises.

                                              WOKINGHAM STAGE WAGGON
                             To be Disposed of, at a fair Appraisement The Wokingham Stage Waggon,
                          with  the  Horses,  Harness,  and  all  the  implements,  (the  Proprietor  being
                          engaged in another business) also the crops in the ground of 24 acres of arable
                          land, consisting of wheat, oats and clover; and 8 acres of meadow.
                             The premises consisting of a dwelling–house, barn, stable, out-houses, &c.
                          proper  for  carrying  on  the  above  business,  to  be  let,  and  entered  on
                          immediately; and a lease may be had if desired.

                          At  the  Theatre  near  the  Queen’s  Head,  Wokingham  on  Monday  the  30   of
                          June 1783 will be presented,. A COMIC OPERA, called
                                                     LOVE IN A VILLAGE
                          To which will be added an Entertainment (never acted here) called
                                                      LOVE A LA MODE
                                                Or, the HUMOURS of the TURF.
                             The doors to be opened at six and begin exactly at seven
                          Pit, Two Shillings.   Gallery, One Shilling, Children half price.
                          N.B.  Mr. Smith presents his duty to the ladies and gentlemen of Wokingham,
                          and  the  environs,  ad  with  due  submission,  hopes  to  be  honoured  with  their
                          company at the time prefix’d---The Theatre is made completely warm.
                          Tickets to be had of Mr. Cruttwell Stationer.
                          The nights of performance are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

                          Mrs. Hawkins of Wokingham, niece of Benjamin Beaver,Esq.
