                          At the Theatre near the Queen’s Head, Wokingham on Tuesday the 22  of
                          July 1783 will be presented,. A celebrated PIECE, called
                                                    The BEGGAR’S OPERA
                                          The musick to be conducted by Mr. Dannely.
                           To which will be added, an Entertainment (never acted here but once) called
                                                ALL THE WORLD’S A STAGE
                             The Door to be opened at six and begin precisely at seven,
                          Pit, Two Shillings.   Gallery, One Shilling, Children half price.
                          N.B.  Mr. Smith takes this opportunity of returning the ladies and gentlemen
                          of  Wokingham,  and  its  environs,  his  sincere  thanks  they  have  already
                          conferred upon the Company. At the same time he hopes they will honour this
                          night’s performance; being absolutely the last for this season.

                          On  Tuesday  the  6   of  January,  1784  between  the  hours  of  two  and  four
                          o’clock  in  the  afternoon  at  the  Roebuck,  in  the  Market-place,  Wokingham,
                          unless disposed of before by private contract (of which notice will be given in
                          this  paper),  in  two  lots,  A  Desirable  FREEHOLD  ESTATE,  situate  in  the
                          Market-place, Wokingham
                             Lot I. Consisting of a good Dwelling House, large yard, barn and stables,
                          with  convenient  out-buildings,  and  a  large  garden,  now  let  to  Mr.  Thomas
                          Cruttwell, tenant at will, at the yearly rent of £10, the whole being in good
                          repair, and capable of very great improvement.
                             Lot II. Consisting of a Dwelling-house, with house, and garden, let to Mr.
                          Tomlinson, tenant at will, at the yearly rent of £6.and is in good repair; it lies
                          contiguous to the other building.
                             The tenants will shew the premises, and further particulars may be had of the
                          Auctioneer, or of Mr. Round, attorney-at-law, Reading.

                              RICHARD  HOULTON  takes  this  method  to  inform  his  friends  and  the
                          public, that he has a very large Quantity of BUILDING BRICKS, at his Kiln,
                          at Bill-Hill, near Wokingham, and, notwithstanding the duty recently imposed
                          on this article, he means to sell at the same price as before the commencement
                          of the act, which is Eighteen Shillings per thousand.—All other kinds of Kiln
                          Goods may likewise be had on the most reasonable terms.
